Job DescriptionWhat we're looking The Manager will manage the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

- Assist with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
- Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
- Determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
- Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensure department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
- Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.

- Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Skilled in the application of policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
