The opportunity

EY Advisory Services is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. We are currently seeking a Manager - Oracle Cloud Supply Chain - to join our team. This team offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. As a member of our Consulting Oracle Services team you will assist in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle Oracle Cloud initiatives, with a focus on specific Supply Chain functionality, along with providing experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the Oracle's applications and technology space.

A key part of your role will be leading workstreams through the design and configuration of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules.

Your key responsibilities

This position will lead small projects teams or components of larger projects working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance: requirements definition, process and system design, configuration, identification and design of custom requirements, testing, implementation, training and rollout.

  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively with both internal and external team members.
  • Demonstrates the ability to implement SaaS solutions.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.

  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems.
  • Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.


To qualify for the role you must have
  • Oracle Fusion certification, combined with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Oracle system implementations or super user across one or more of the following business process and functional domains:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) including Procurement, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Self-Service Procurement, Inventory Management, and Cost Management
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) including Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Fulfillment, and Customer Operations
  • Plan-to-Produce (P2M) including Manufacturing, Production Scheduling, Quality Management, Demand/Planning and Shop Floor Executions
  • Preferably to have 3 or more full lifecycle implementations in any of the above
  • Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration workshops
  • 8 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to above Oracle applications
  • A familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes into technology skills
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
  • The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 75+% of a work schedule


Ideally, you'll also have
  • Degree in Business, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
  • Certifications in Oracle Applications
  • Domain experience
  • Process Knowledge

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
  • Managers for Vancouver: $110,000 to $160,000
  • Managers for Toronto: $110,000 to $160,000
  • Managers for Victoria: $99,000 to $149,000
