About the OpportunityA fast-growing, direct-to-consumer and wholesale consumer brand is hiring an FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a high-visibility role where you'll be a key business partner to cross-functional leaders and have real ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities- Own the annual budget and quarterly reforecast process, partnering with department heads to build bottoms-up financial plans
- Build and maintain detailed financial models including P&L, cash flow, and scenario/sensitivity analyses
- Produce monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and clear narrative commentary for the CFO
- Serve as strategic finance business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards providing visibility into performance across DTC, wholesale, and e-commerce channels
- Support the CFO with investor reporting, board materials, and ad-hoc strategic analyses
- Own the long-range financial planning model
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
What We're Looking For- 4-7 years of progressive FP&A experience; consumer products or multi-channel retail preferred
- Deep understanding of P&L drivers, unit economics, and working capital in a consumer brand environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong technology aptitude; comfort with AI tools, ERP systems, and FP&A planning tools
- Self-sufficient and proactive - comfortable with high autonomy in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; able to present at all levels including CEO and Board
