Pay: $118,800-$140,200/annually

Benefit Highlights:
  • Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all systems and processes.
  • Lead the development of analytics and reporting solutions that translate data into actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and improved patient and operational outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting for quality programs while partnering with leadership to drive performance improvement, clinical quality, and evidence-based care.
  • Lead and develop the data team while promoting organizational adoption of data-driven practices through training, collaboration, and alignment with mission, vision, and values.


Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field; or combination of equivalent experience and education OR a minimum of 6 years of directly relevant experience in healthcare data, analytics, or informatics roles in lieu of a degree.
  • 3-5 years progressively responsible experience in healthcare data management, analytics or reporting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI. Demonstrated ability to develop interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience writing SQL queries in a production environment.

Clinics located in Auburn, CA and Grass Valley, CA.
