Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations, maximize production uptime, and support future growth. This role provides leadership and direction to the maintenance team while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and environmental requirements.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs and installation, facility expansion, wastewater systems, and maintenance planning while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve equipment reliability and production performance.

Location: On-Site, Phoenix, AZ
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the maintenance team and establish work priorities, assignments, and performance expectations.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, machinery, tools, and facility systems.
- Maximize equipment uptime and ensure maintenance activities support production schedules.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs in partnership with Engineering and Operations.
- Direct equipment installation, dismantling, assembly, rebuilding, and repurposing.
- Manage spare-parts inventory, requisitions, and availability.
- Support facility expansion and equipment planning with site leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve maintenance issues and improve equipment performance.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to guide maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, Repair Station Manual, Quality Control Manual, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Build team capability through cross-training, coaching, performance management, and technical development.
- Promote Chromalloy's safety policies, quality standards, and Code of Ethical Standards.
- Coordinate with environmental and regulatory agencies as needed.
What We're Looking For- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or related technical experience, including supervisory experience.
- Experience maintaining production equipment and facility systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety, hazardous-material, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to Have - Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, industrial technology, or a related field.
- Experience in aerospace, aviation maintenance, or another regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with wastewater treatment systems and environmental regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of FAA Repair Station, ISO, or similar quality-management requirements.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
