Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance activities that support the manufacturing and repair of critical turbine engine components. In this role, you will drive quality system compliance, lead root cause and corrective action efforts, support audits and customer requirements, and use data-driven insights to improve quality performance across the site.

What You'll Be Doing- Promote a strong quality culture and provide technical leadership across the organization.
- Lead and support internal, external, supplier, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Provide quality and technical support to internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
- Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support new product introduction.
- Drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and improve quality management system documentation, procedures, and processes.
- Analyze quality data, develop metrics, and support site quality performance objectives.
- Support compliance with customer, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

Nice to Have - AS9100 Lead Auditor certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification.
- NDT and inspection process knowledge.
- SPC, GR&R, and quality data analysis experience.
- FAA Part 145 experience.
- Familiarity with OEM quality systems (GE, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell, Rolls-Royce, etc.).
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements- Work is performed in both office and aerospace manufacturing environments.
- Frequent interaction with production areas requiring adherence to safety policies and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout manufacturing facilities for extended periods.
- Ability to review detailed technical documentation and inspect components.
- May occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
