Full Job Description
Manager II (full-time; multiple openings) needed in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple information technology projects involving enterprise applications. Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and delivery methodologies, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional, technical, and integration teams, to ensure timely and compliant project execution. Ensure system updates, upgrades, testing cycles, and deployments are planned and executed according to approved project plans. Monitor issue resolution, incident management, and post-go-live support activities to maintain system stability and client satisfaction. Maintain project documentation, including project plans, design approvals, test strategies, and deployment plans, using standard project management tools and processes. Job Specification Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), Math, Information Technology, or related field, plus two (2) years of IT experience. Must have one (1) year of IT work experience using one of the following skill sets:
  • HP ALM, JIRA, and QNXT;
  • SAP S4 HANA, HPQC, and SAP ECC;
  • SQL Server, Agile Methodology, and JIRA;
  • Oracle, HTML, and PL/SQL;
  • Soap UI, Jenkins, and Pega BPM; OR
  • AGILE, JIRA, and HPLM.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study in any field, plus three (3) years of IT experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required based on business needs. International travel not required. Travel not to exceed 5% / year for meetings and to complete assigned projects of varying lengths. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $143,874.00 - $192,460.00. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may vary but will not be less than of the posted range minimum and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
