Full Job Description
Job Description: Pathstone is seeking a Manager to join its Growth Optimization Team to support the development, coordination, and execution of high-quality prospect and internal strategic materials, including RFPs, RFIs, and prospect presentations. The Growth Optimization Team serves as a centralized partner to advisors and growth leaders, owning execution of complex growth deliverables and stewarding the firm's prospect-facing narratives, templates, and core collateral.

The team works across the Advisory, Investments, Marketing, and Compliance groups to ensure materials are accurate, differentiated, compliant, and aligned with Pathstone's strategic priorities. By pairing strong project management with content fluency, the team ensures Pathstone shows up consistently and at a high level across all growth touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. The Manager serves as a primary owner of execution-driving timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring materials are polished, compliant, and delivered efficiently in support of Pathstone's broader growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth/Prospect Materials & Content Execution

  • Own coordination and execution of RFPs, RFIs, prospect decks, and related growth materials once scope and direction are established.
  • Partner with Advisory, Investments, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders to draft, edit, and refine materials that reflect Pathstone's voice, positioning, and investment philosophy.
  • Ensure all materials are clear, accurate, current, and aligned with approved messaging, disclosures, and firm standards.
  • Apply consistent quality and content standards while appropriately tailoring materials for client context or regional nuance.
  • Maintain strong data awareness and source integrity when incorporating performance data, market commentary, benchmarks, or firm statistics.

Project Management & Execution Ownership

  • Serve as primary delivery owner for assigned workstreams, including establishing timelines, coordinating inputs, managing review cycles, and overseeing version control.
  • Act as a consistent execution partner for advisors and internal stakeholders within defined regions or coverage areas.
  • Translate advisor requests into clear execution plans, setting expectations around scope, timelines, and partnerships.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or conflicting feedback early and escalate thoughtfully to maintain momentum and quality.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability regarding evolving AI tools, workflow technologies, and data-enabled productivity solutions relevant to growth operations.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Coordinate compliance reviews of external-facing materials, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately.
  • Apply SEC marketing standards and established compliance guidance consistently across proposals, decks, and written materials.
  • Exercise sound judgment in identifying content requiring additional review or clarification, including AI-assisted outputs.

Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the organization and evolution of approved content libraries, templates, and reusable materials to enable scalable execution.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize content, reduce duplication, and improve reuse across teams and offices.
  • Leverage approved AI-enabled tools and research resources responsibly to improve drafting efficiency, synthesis, and knowledge management.

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Provide thoughtful feedback on drafts prepared by junior team members and review work prior to leadership escalation.
  • Protect leadership review time by acting as a quality gatekeeper and ensuring materials meet firm standards.
  • Model strong project hygiene, organization, and follow-through; contribute ideas to improve team workflows and execution efficiency.

This role is:

  • A primary coordinator that helps the execution for RFPs, decks, and growth materials
  • A trusted partner to advisors focused on delivery, quality, and standards
  • Central to scaling Pathstone's growth materials and processes

This role is not:

  • A sales or client relationship role
  • A direct client service / client facing role
  • A design or marketing production role

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-7+ years of relevant experience; experience in wealth management, asset management, professional services, or a growth-oriented role preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives, balancing independent judgment with hands-on execution.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize information and translate insights into clear outputs.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience building and scaling templates, tools, and repeatable processes.
  • Solid working knowledge of investment solutions and terminology sufficient to support growth and prospecting efforts.
