Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent required
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning, forecasting, analyzing reporting, and business partnering
• Previous experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance required
• Leadership experience preferred, especially in retail/e-commerce

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction to a team of Financial Analysts
• Train and develop analysts to achieve team initiatives and cultivate future leaders
• Oversee the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes
• Identify and implement process improvements within the organization
• Establish ownership and accountability among business leaders with clear deliverables
• Leverage internal and external networks to achieve business goals
• Guide senior management teams in defining and executing business strategies
• Generate executive reporting on performance, corporate goals, and ad-hoc analysis
• Support financial feasibility analyses, budgeting, and margin implementation
