Full Job Description
The Financial Due Diligence Manager is responsible for performing financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures, preparing detailed financial analyses, and interacting with top-level management to gather pertinent information. This role also involves using various software tools, collaborating with other functional areas such as tax and audit, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and engagement letters. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 6-11 years of experience Preferred Qualifications • Transaction or diligence exposure. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $112,100 - $225,500 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
