Purpose

Contributes to the overall success of the Global Insurance globally ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

What you will be doing:

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank
  • relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Act as a performance consultant by assessing learning needs, diagnosing performance gaps, and
  • recommending solutions (training, coaching, tools, communications, or process improvements).
  • Develop and execute learning, coaching, and performance enablement strategies aligned to Global
  • Insurance priorities.
  • Design and implement blended learning solutions (ILT, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, assessments,
  • job aids, coaching resources).
  • Partner with business leaders, channel teams, and SMEs to strengthen insurance knowledge and sales
  • effectiveness.
  • Support change management, program implementation, feedback collection, and reporting.
  • Use data, analytics, and AI tools to improve learning effectiveness, personalization, and efficiency.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to sales practices, regulatory requirements, and
  • governance.
  • Enable trainers and coaches through structured guidance and train-the-trainer approaches.
  • Track and evaluate success measures including adoption, learning transfer, behavior change, and
  • business impact.
  • Champion a customer-focused, high-performance, and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to risk culture, Code of Conduct, Global Sales Principles, and business controls.
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities
