WHAT YOU WILL DO
Leverage the Adobe Experience Cloud to its full potential to build innovative digital experiences
Partner with various internal teams (marketing, sales, SEO, client services, etc.) to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice to continual assess and improve on the site’s strategic direction and execution.
Attend all product and technology meetings relevant to digital experience initiatives including (discovery, requirements, design, status updates, and demos).
Schedule work to meet project completion dates with both internal and external partners
Communicate to both non-technical product owners and technical development teams
Ability to source 3rd party vendors and tools to help accelerate our digital experience initiatives
Provide oversight for assigned projects with minimal supervision
Build strong relationships to achieve shared outcomes with various functions across the organization
Drive long-term web strategy across our digital ecosystem, technology, design, and user needs. Establish governance, quality assurance, and a consistent user experience.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Experience
5+ years of hands on experience with using a content management system.
Experience working with an Agile methodology and iterative development.
Understanding of website best practices and publishing standards for accessibility AODA
The following are considered an asset:
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and/or web standards and technologies (i.e. HTML5, Javascript, CSS, video and image formats
Experience with analytics tools: Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
Experience with Adobe Target
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform
Understanding of SEO
Education/Training
Post Secondary education with a Marketing, UI/UX or technology focus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Financial services industry experience
Ability to connect the dots and envision ‘big picture’.
Have strong interpersonal skills such as effective listening, empathy and patience to lead the team.
Ability to quickly understand business and technical context in a face paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees in all levels across the organization.
Team player with the ability to work independently.

This role follows our in office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
