Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity? Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Enablement and Strategy, you'll develop and execute national digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, managing content creation, digital/integrated campaigns, and performance analysis. You'll collaborate with sales enablement, communications, compliance, and digital teams to drive brand awareness, consideration, lead generation, and support the sales team across Canada.
What will you do? - Manage and prioritize multiple digital marketing initiatives, identify opportunities, plan, track, and report on paid and organic initiatives to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-performing activities
- Develop and maintain RBC Royal Trust's digital profile across all digital platforms including but not limited to the public site, RBC Royal Trust jobs website, Hearsay
- Strategize and develop content for public-facing digital channels, optimizing for social, SEO, AEO, SEM, and paid digital to increase traffic among our target market
- Execute integrated campaigns, manage ROI across paid, owned, and earned channels for lead generation and consideration Monitor competitor activity and industry trends while analyzing organic and paid digital performance
- Manage projects from inception to completion (briefing, budgeting, production, approvals, testing, reporting) and serve as primary compliance liaison for all digital activities
- Lead web content development and public-facing audio/video production initiatives, including copywriting and editing and SEO optimization
- Build positive relationships across internal teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholder groups
What do you need to succeed?Must haves: - Highly organized with ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 4-7 years digital marketing experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
- Expertise in digital marketing best practices including but not limited to: social media, paid digital, SEM, SEO, AEO, Salesforce, and HTML
- Strong project management, digital reporting, communication, writing/editing, and presentation skills with high attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with strong data analysis and reporting skills to uncover insights; experience with UX, and MS Office
- Post-secondary education in digital marketing/advertising plus demonstrated industry experience
Nice-to-have: - Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements for marketing
- Background in audio/video production or content strategy
- Knowledge of estate and trust services
- French
