Full Job Description
You will lead a team of analysts delivering data-driven insights to support business performance, operational efficiency, account retention, and strategic decision-making.

This role combines hands-on analytics, team leadership, and executive-level reporting. You will serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise analytics platforms, data pipelines, and business intelligence tools, ensuring alignment between analytical outputs and business priorities.

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $118,000 - $154,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

  • Lead collaboration with Enterprise Information Management and Business Intelligence teams to define data requirements and improve data accuracy, integrity, and governance.
  • Oversee data management and accessibility for Enterprise Analytics teams, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Own the Enterprise Analytics revenue data repository, ensuring accuracy of revenue reporting by merchant and product, with monthly reconciliation against financials.
  • Align analytical resources and priorities to deliver on Enterprise Analytics objectives, including product P&Ls and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.
  • Define and maintain consistent business logic and data definitions for revenue models, segmentation, and reporting across stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular reporting and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly), including performance reviews and executive summaries.
  • Ensure documentation, testing, and validation of analytical models, processes, and reporting outputs.


Required skills and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5-7 years of experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience applying quantitative methods to develop scalable analytics solutions.
  • Advanced SQL expertise, including query optimization.
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, including data modeling and governance.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake, including performance and cost optimization.
  • Proficient in translating complex data problems into scalable analytics solutions.
