Full Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager of CRM & Lifecycle to lead lifecycle marketing strategy, execution, and performance across select brands within the Foot Locker portfolio. This role will serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for customer journeys, automated triggers, and CRM channel optimizations, translating customer and business insights into timely, personalized owned-channel experiences that improve engagement, retention, frequency, loyalty, and lifetime value. Responsibilities Customer Lifecycle & CRM • Lead the CRM & Lifecycle roadmap for assigned portfolio brands, ensuring plans are tailored to each brand's priorities, customer opportunities, and measurable business outcomes. • Manage the strategy and execution of lifecycle initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, loyalty, and other owned marketing channels. • Lead trigger and journey campaign planning, including audience segmentation, testing strategy, deployment readiness, optimization, and cohort analysis across key owned channels. • Develop lifecycle marketing programs that support customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, loyalty engagement, and churn prevention. • Ensure customer communications are relevant, timely, aligned to business objectives, and consistent with each brand's guidelines and customer experience. Campaign, Journey & Channel Leadership • Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of lifecycle campaigns and journeys, from briefs and audience strategy through QA, launch, analysis, and optimization. • Guide testing across content, cadence, offer, channel, audience, and journey design; translate findings into best practices. • Oversee journey campaign calendars, capacity, dependencies, and escalation paths to ensure reliable delivery across concurrent priorities. • Ensure CRM and lifecycle marketing programs comply with evolving privacy, legal, and regulatory requirements. Customer Analytics, Measurement & Insights • Lead CRM & Lifecycle measurement and KPI reporting across channels, campaigns, journeys, and lifecycle cohorts. • Partner with Analytics to define success metrics, test design, dashboards, and recurring business review inputs. • Analyze campaign, customer, and channel performance to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and communicate actionable insights through clear storytelling and presentations. Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Analytics, Merchandising, Creative, Technology, and other key stakeholders to ensure lifecycle strategies reflect both portfolio-wide best practices and brand-specific business needs. • Create alignment on priorities, timelines, customer experience, risks, trade-offs, and success measures across complex initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required. • 4+ years of progressive experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, loyalty, customer engagement, or a closely related field. • Demonstrated success developing CRM or lifecycle strategies across owned channels, including segmentation, triggered communications, journey design, experimentation, personalization, and measurement. • Ability to interpret customer and campaign data, frame business opportunities, and turn insights into clear recommendations and performance readouts. • Proven ability to independently lead CRM or lifecycle priorities across multiple brands, business units, customer segments, or stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Strong strategic guidance, stakeholder management, prioritization, project leadership, and executive communication skills. • Experience working in CRM platforms, ESPs, marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, and reporting or analytics tools required. Benefits The annual base salary range is $90,000-$100,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
