    • Serve as the Company's subject matter expert on allocation strategy, providing proactive guidance, thought partnership, and clear communications to stakeholders across all business units.
    • Analyze and synthesize complex data sets-financial, operational, and technological-to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership, department heads, and fund teams.
    • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance system integrations, develop scalable tools, improve data quality, and validate allocation logic within technology solutions.
    • Produce compelling visualizations and reporting that highlight trends, cost drivers, efficiency opportunities, and value delivered across the organization.
    • Document business processes, partner with internal auditors, and ensure robust controls supporting accuracy, compliance, and enterprise-level integrity.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)

    • Audit or fund compliance experience strongly preferred, including:
    • o Reviewing and interpreting fund governing documents
    • o Applying professional judgment to ambiguous or principles-based documentation
    • Demonstrated ownership of a recurring or enterprise-critical process, such as:
    • o Corporate or departmental allocation cycles
    • o Fund billing processes
    • o Financial close workflows
    • o A cross-functional or systems-supported finance process
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and experience influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
    • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Domo) supporting scalable analytical solutions.

ABOUT YOU:
    • A strategic thinker who enjoys untangling complexity and influencing decisions across a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
    • Highly analytical, yet also comfortable translating technical or data-heavy concepts into compelling narratives
    • Experience working closely with technology teams, including articulating business requirements, validating system outputs, and contributing to data-driven product enhancements.
    • Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to understand how processes, systems, and teams connect across the enterprise.
    • Able to balance recurring workflows with project-based initiatives while managing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and proactively identifying areas where clarity, improvement, or strategic insight is needed.
