Corporate Technology Solutions (CTS) supports Mastercard’s end-to-end operating backbone for the business, customer, and internal users—powering the systems, data, and platforms that support Marketing, Franchise, Legal, Finance, Reporting, Risk, Compliance, and People & Capability. We modernize, simplify, and scale the core capabilities of the business—ensuring teams have the tools, data, and insights they need to operate efficiently and deliver impact.

We are seeking a highly driven, intellectually curious, and execution-oriented Manager, Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the Vice President, Chief of Staff. This role sits at the center of strategic execution and operational rigor—shaping priorities, driving alignment across senior leaders, and ensuring the business runs with precision, clarity, and momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operates as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, extending leadership capacity and driving organizational effectiveness.
• Translates strategic priorities into clear, executable plans and ensures disciplined delivery across key initiatives, including major modernization and transformation efforts.
• Acts as the central point of integration across teams and workstreams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and coordinated execution across a broad and complex portfolio.
• Owns the operating rhythm of the function, shaping leadership forums, All Hands, governance, and offsites.
• Establishes and enforces rigorous tracking and governance mechanisms.
• Produces high-quality, executive-ready insights and materials, synthesizing complex inputs into structured recommendations and decision frameworks.
• Leads the development and execution of a strategic communications strategy, ensuring the organization operates with a clear, consistent narrative aligned to business priorities (e.g., newsletter, website, leadership updates, organization-wide communications, key announcements)
• Enables effective decision-making by bringing clarity to complex topics, framing trade-offs, and ensuring leaders are equipped with the right context and information.
• Builds strong, trust-based relationships across senior stakeholders, influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions and levels.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

New York City, New York: $136,000 - $223,000 USD

Miami, Florida: $113,000 - $186,000 USD

O'Fallon, Missouri: $113,000 - $186,000 USD
