Job Description:

[MULTIPLE POSITIONS] Avanade Inc. seeks a Manager, Change Enablement in Irving, TX to execute complex or strategic tasks and provide tactical project coordination to deliver and review the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives. As part of the Change Enablement team, you will: assess business readiness, help minimize risk, manage stakeholder alignment and communications, and build employee capabilities to facilitate organizational change in alignment with strategic objectives; provide advanced execution and tactical project coordination in one or more specialty areas; apply formal change architectures, models, and frameworks; measure short and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change; drive successful adoption of the change within the organization; perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models; identify and align relevant stakeholders; distribute timely and relevant information through a comprehensive communications strategy; perform organizational design to maximize effectiveness and mitigate risks; develop and execute strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change; assess organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps; manage routine workstreams within the context of a larger project/program; coordinate and provide oversight of activities and deliverables of more junior resources; and execute complex and/or strategic tasks requiring advanced subject matter expertise. Periodic travel to client sites (domestic) is expected up to 80% of the time. Must live w/in reasonable commuting distance of Irving, TX. Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. The offered salary range for this specific position in TX is $89,024 - $128,000 per year. Any multi-state or general compensation ranges displayed below do not apply to this position.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Innovation Design Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or a related field involving innovation, systems design, organizational strategy, or process optimization, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in change project management within a technology-focused environment. A qualified applicant's experience must include the following skills: 2 years of experience developing and executing customized change management plans following industry standard change methodology (ADKAR and/or Prosci); 2 years of experience collaborating closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels to implement technological solutions such as Dynamics 365 (ERP), Microsoft's Power Platform, Azure Cloud Migrations, and/or Microsoft Teams; 3 years of experience managing projects from inception to completion using Jira, Asana and MS Project tools, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget; 3 years of experience coaching clients in cultivating communication with leadership and crafting strategic executive roadmaps using Viso and/or Lucid chart; 2 years of experience leading and collaborating with diverse teams, contributing to the implementation of technological solutions (Dynamics 365, Tenant to Tenant Migrations, On Prem to Cloud Migrations, Power Platform) across various industries; 3 years of experience facilitating client workshops to address challenges, leading to the creation of solutions that positively impact daily activities; and 3 years of experience presenting information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
