About the Opportunity:
Sayva Solutions is partnering with a high-growth professional services firm to hire an Accounting Manager for their advisory accounting team. This role will own complex client engagements end-to-end, lead month-end close and reconciliations (including crypto activity), support process and systems improvements, and mentor junior team members. The environment is fast-paced, highly consultative, and technology-forward.
Work arrangement: Remote (United States)
Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 base salary

Responsibilities:
• Lead and review month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for multiple client engagements
• Oversee full-cycle accounting including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Manage complex reconciliations, including bank/credit card activity and crypto subledger tie-outs (as applicable)
• Own and drive multi-year cleanup projects (historical accounting catch-up, reconciliations, and documentation)
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver financial insights, reporting, and advisory support (outsourced accounting/CFO advisory)
• Support tax-related accounting workstreams (e.g., reconciliation support, coordination with tax teams, audit support)
• Contribute to system implementations and process improvements; help optimize workflows and controls
• Mentor, train, and quality-check work produced by Seniors/Staff; provide coaching and review feedback
• Manage client relationships, priorities, and deliverables across a portfolio of engagements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting (or related field such as Finance/Business/Economics)
• Manager-level experience in accounting, advisory, or outsourced accounting (public accounting and/or client-service background strongly preferred)
• Strong full-cycle accounting experience (month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements)
• 2+ years of Crypto/digital asset accounting exposure required
• Experience supporting or leading accounting system implementations and process improvements
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and comfort working across multiple accounting systems
• Ability to manage multiple clients/engagements concurrently, communicate clearly, and operate with a high degree of ownership in a remote setting
