About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a global organization undergoing a large-scale finance transformation to identify a Senior Finance Transformation Analyst.This individual will play a key role in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation, supporting the Global Finance organization through system design validation, business process testing, and user acceptance activities across multiple international deployments.
This is a highly visible opportunity to partner with finance, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure accounting processes are accurately reflected within the new ERP environment. The ideal candidate brings a blend of accounting expertise, ERP implementation experience, and a passion for process improvement in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Hybrid: Orange County, CA
Responsibilities:
- Support the finance workstream of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative, with a primary focus on General Ledger processes.
- Evaluate business requirements, process documentation, and system functionality to ensure alignment across finance operations and technology solutions.
- Participate in solution design sessions, product demonstrations, and cross-functional stakeholder meetings throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop, enhance, and validate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate and facilitate testing activities, including UAT execution, quality assurance support, and issue resolution.
- Verify testing environments, data readiness, and release schedules to support successful deployment milestones.
- Track testing results, manage defects through resolution, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to address issues.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and outcomes to project leadership while securing stakeholder approvals on key deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, documentation, and governance standards.
- Partner closely with finance, IT, product, and business teams to support process optimization and implementation success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations.
- SAP S/4HANA experience required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes, particularly General Ledger.
- Experience developing or executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance Testing (QAT), or related testing methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies and process improvements.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across finance and technology organizations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives or large-scale system implementations is highly preferred.
