SALARY RANGE: $80, 000 - $95,000 +

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS: Starting Bonus at Target $20,000

  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

LOCATION: Vancouver Office; 5 days/week in office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing operational variances

  • Conduct weekly analysis of inventory data to identify network gaps, emerging trends, and potential Supply Chain Overhead (SCO) risks, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders

  • Own order and inventory accuracy within SAP ERP and o9 systems for BDL and 3PL warehouses, ensuring data integrity and alignment between systems and physical inventory.

  • Develop and maintain inventory and operational reporting to monitor key performance indicators, identify exceptions, and support data-driven decision making.

  • Follow up with respective teams to ensure mitigation strategies and corrective actions are executed within agreed timelines, escalating risks and outstanding issues as required.

  • Manage liquor board (BCLDB) transportation requirements and appointment scheduling to support timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries.

  • Own the BC VLC budget, including T2 transportation, OSS, and rebate management; monitor spend, investigate variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

  • Partner closely with BDL and 3PL warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve operational challenges, and escalate system, inventory, or reporting issues impactingservice levels.

  • Support root-cause analysis of recurring inventory and logistics issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Act as a key point of contact for BC supply chain execution, coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

  • Contribute to process standardization and best-practice development across BDL and 3PLoperations, helping improve consistency and scalability across the network.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
