SALARY RANGE: $80, 000 - $95,000 +
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS: Starting Bonus at Target $20,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring inventory accuracy and minimizing operational variances
Conduct weekly analysis of inventory data to identify network gaps, emerging trends, and potential Supply Chain Overhead (SCO) risks, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders
Own order and inventory accuracy within SAP ERP and o9 systems for BDL and 3PL warehouses, ensuring data integrity and alignment between systems and physical inventory.
Develop and maintain inventory and operational reporting to monitor key performance indicators, identify exceptions, and support data-driven decision making.
Follow up with respective teams to ensure mitigation strategies and corrective actions are executed within agreed timelines, escalating risks and outstanding issues as required.
Manage liquor board (BCLDB) transportation requirements and appointment scheduling to support timely, accurate, and compliant deliveries.
Own the BC VLC budget, including T2 transportation, OSS, and rebate management; monitor spend, investigate variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Partner closely with BDL and 3PL warehouse teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve operational challenges, and escalate system, inventory, or reporting issues impactingservice levels.
Support root-cause analysis of recurring inventory and logistics issues and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Act as a key point of contact for BC supply chain execution, coordinating across internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Contribute to process standardization and best-practice development across BDL and 3PLoperations, helping improve consistency and scalability across the network.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets.
Strong sense of initiative and personal ownership with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication skills present findings and recommendations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms.
Inventory and SAP ERP experience, an asset
