Based in Camp Hill, PA-

 

The  Manager, Human Resources, Supply Chain is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the distribution centers. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives to support a high-performing and engaged workforce. The HR Manager partners closely with operations leadership to drive a positive workplace culture, optimize workforce planning, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with Supply Chain’s business objectives.
  • Partner with operational leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on HR best practices, organizational development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition to identify talent needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by driving engagement initiatives and employee recognition programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and partner with Foot Locker’s Labor and Employee Relations Centers of Excellence (COE) team to conduct investigations and manage corrective action ensuring fair and consistent conflict resolution in alignment with state and federal laws and company policies.
  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coach and mentor leaders to enhance employee development, performance management and succession planning.
  • Lead HR metrics tracking and reporting, providing insights on turnover, retention, and workforce trends.
  • Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of human resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role with experience managing a team.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
  • Experience leading HR in a distribution center, supply chain, or warehouse setting, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA< ADA, FLSA, Title VII, etc) and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational design and planning, organizational development, employee relations and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data-driven HR reporting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity.
  • Ability to follow up and follow through with a variety of tasks and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Benefits

The annual base salary range is $90,000-$100,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
