  • Own and continuously enhance the global volume forecasting model, expanding coverage across brands, channels, regions, and competitive benchmarks while improving forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and standardize daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reporting to monitor performance against targets and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build a deep understanding of the business to translate complex data into clear insights, identifying performance drivers and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level performance updates for Chief-level audiences, ensuring concise messaging, compelling storytelling, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and implement innovative analytical methodologies to quantify the drivers of volume and market share performance, including pricing, distribution, rate of sale, promotions, channel mix, geographic mix, and other commercial levers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Revenue Management, and regional teams to align reporting, improve data quality, and drive better business decisions.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes through automation, advanced analytics, and new visualization tools to increase efficiency and business impact.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
  • Ownership mindset with a demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end deliverables, drive continuous improvement, and influence without direct authority.
  • Curious mindset and a willingness to dig deep into details to deliver new insights that impact the business
