The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Mail Operations Pharmacist 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. CA & AZ Licensed Pharmacist - $5000 Sign-on Bonus Be a part of our growing Pharmacy business - deliver value and quality in a fast-paced environment.  CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist with a California license to join our dynamic team in our Phoenix, AZ onsite facility to serve as our Pharmacist-in-Charge for the state of California.  You will work directly with the Pharmacist-In-Charge of the pharmacy and CenterWell Pharmacy’s Professional Practice team to ensure compliance with California laws and regulations and provide oversight for pharmacy services provided to California patients. As a member of our CenterWell Pharmacy team, you will have the opportunity to choose from job assignments in our Front End, Dispensing, or Clinical Services teams.  Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - You are required to have a Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy - You are required to be actively licensed as a Pharmacist in California and Arizona without disciplinary action. - You must have a minimum three, (3) years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a high-volume retail, community or traditional mail order pharmacy practice environment. - You must have the ability to participate in Federal prescription programs - You are required to be Proficient with computers such as MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications - PharmD - Bilingual in both English and Spanish - You will be required to pass a language assessment. Additional Information Workstyle: In-office/facility (not eligible for Work from home) Location: Must reside and work in Arizona Schedule: We offer a variety of schedules Mon-Sat.  Your schedule will be set between the windows of 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday and 8am-4:30pm EST Saturday. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,000 - $143,000 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
