Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working within a legal department or another regulated, process-driven environment. - Familiarity with workflow, intake, approval, reporting, or automation tools used in legal or operational settings. - Practical understanding of change management and user adoption in connection with systems or process improvements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation, training materials, and stakeholder updates.
