Responsibilities

About the Team The procurement team undertake logistics-related service and physical procurement as well as service provider management work in line with the development of logistics business. The team is responsible for the price competitiveness of procurement services while meeting business requirements, and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure long-term and stable cooperation. Responsibilities: - Global Warehouse & Fulfillment Center Infrastructure: Lead the buildout of global FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) warehouse and fulfillment center networks; support the rapid global expansion of FBT business. - Category Procurement & Strategic Negotiation: Own the procurement strategy and commercial negotiation for warehouse automation equipment, packaging consumables, and front-end fulfillment/sortation capacity; lead multi-scenario business case development for complex projects and drive standardization of contract terms. - Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) & Risk Control: Build and manage the global supplier ecosystem for warehousing, equipment, and materials; own supplier evaluation framework design, escalation of major exceptions, and contingency planning for risk response. - Internal Systemization & Process Building: As a senior lead, align business operations, commercial analytics, and strategy teams to institutionalize scalable cost-reduction strategies; drive the evolution from one-off negotiations to a "systematized, replicable" management model.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s): - 5+ years of supply chain management experience; must currently or recently hold a Business Lead/Chief Procurement Officer-equivalent role at an e-commerce platform or global fulfillment/logistics company. - Strong commercial foundation in global warehouse supply chain; proven experience leading the buildout of fulfillment centers and freight sortation networks; deep understanding of pricing dynamics and business models in warehouse automation equipment, consumables, and carrier capacity markets. - Top-tier strategic business design and commercial negotiation execution capabilities; demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve crises in high-complexity, high-uncertainty global supply chain disruptions. Preferred Qualification(s): - Demonstrates leadership qualities of "broad influence, high complexity tolerance, and process institutionalization"; ability to effectively bridge cross-cultural and cross-functional barriers.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $225720 - $462840 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
