About this role:
This role will support Middleware Operations through operational analytics, reporting, process improvement, governance, executive communications, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will partner closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to improve operational visibility, drive data-driven decision making, standardize processes, enhance service delivery, and support strategic priorities across middleware, messaging, file transfer, and platform services.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional efforts to develop operational dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and executive level metrics that provide visibility into service health, demand, capacity, risk, and operational performance
- Work as key participant in large scale planning of computer systems and network infrastructure for Systems Operations functional area
- Review and analyze complex technical challenges, as well as escalated support issues related to core business solutions that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors, such as alternatives, enhancements, periodic systems reviews, or improvements to existing systems
- Make decisions on technical changes and enhancements
- Consult with engineering team on change design requiring solid understanding of technical process controls or standards that influence and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to more experienced level managers to resolve systems support issues and achieve goals
- Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to improve service transparency, operational effectiveness, and governance.
- Support operational governance routines, service reviews, audit activities, compliance reporting, and operational readiness initiatives.
- Establish reporting standards, metric definitions, and data quality controls to ensure consistent and reliable decision-making information.
- Document operational processes, procedures, workflows, and knowledge assets while promoting self-service capabilities and knowledge reuse.
- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and approved AI technologies to improve reporting, documentation, analysis, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Operations Management, Technology Operations, Operational Excellence, Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, Analytics, or related experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise middleware technologies, including messaging, managed file transfer, application integration, or API platforms
- Experience creating executive presentations, operational reviews, and strategic communications related to scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Experience with Power BI or ServiceNow reporting, and dashboard development.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts, including observability, reliability, automation, and reduction of operational toil
- Experience with production monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar technologies.
- Experience with automation or scripting using Python, PowerShell, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting operational governance, service management, and operational performance reporting
- Experience leading operational transformation, process standardization, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted productivity capabilities.
- Experience with JIRA, Visio, Mural, workflow documentation, and process visualization tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations and communications.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
