Full Job Description
Global Data, Data Program Domain Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical and strategic Domain Lead to help drive the discovery and definition of core products to enable us to continue to build the Global Data organization's foundational data platforms. The ideal candidate should take initiative in driving value in business operation and internal and external customers and drive engagement within domain leaders and teams. The Domain Lead serves as the bridge between business strategy and data delivery, defining the strategic direction for a data domain by aligning business needs, enterprise priorities, and value opportunities, while guiding investment decisions to maximize business impact and measurable outcomes.

Program Leadership & Delivery
  • Define and prioritize scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across data product initiatives.
  • Own communication of business objectives and drive delivery through ambiguity and complexity as the central point of coordination across data teams, OCTO teams, business stakeholders, and executives.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives for data products to secure stakeholder buy-in and executive support.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive clear problem definition and value articulation, including success metrics (e.g. cost and benefit estimates), so that there is a clear scope of implementation for the business analyst and development teams.
  • Partner with engineering teams to clarify expectations, support execution, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact of domain and broader data initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the Global Data organization to advance data quality, governance, and sustainability standards.

Process & Governance
  • Ensure transparency of data product roadmaps, progress, and prioritization in line with Product Excellence standards and the product development lifecycle.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement, with a focus on data management, data products, governance, and analytics best practices.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including data quality and integrity metrics, aligned to global data standards.
  • Contribute to organizational planning by providing input on timelines, resourcing, and cross-team dependencies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related experience; MBA, PMP, CBAP or data certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data products, technology, or product-driven organizations.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with data processing, ELT and ETL pipelines, and data migration practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Relationship building and the ability to influence without authority.
