About the roleWe're hiring a Lead Technical Sourcer to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and engineering leaders to develop thoughtful sourcing strategies and engage hard-to-find talent at every level, from individual contributors to senior leadership. You'll maintain a high bar for the candidate experience while mentoring other sourcers and strengthening how we identify and engage technical talent across Chime.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,000 and up to $180,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of technical and leadership roles
- Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by sharing market insights, calibrating candidate profiles, and recommending adjustments based on pipeline data
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Regularly track and analyze pipeline health, sourcing performance, and conversion data to ensure progress and inform internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technology
To thrive in this role, you have- 7+ years of technical sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
- A strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and engineering stacks
- Experience identifying and engaging niche technical talent across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership
- Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and influence search direction
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
- Curiosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including experience experimenting with AI recruiting tools
