Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Leader - DBU to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive segment-specific talent acquisition strategies that support business growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team that delivers exceptional hiring outcomes, service levels, and candidate experiences.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to anticipate talent demands and proactively address workforce challenges.
  • Leverage recruiting analytics and talent intelligence to improve performance, optimize processes, and enable data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative recruitment technologies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Strengthen stakeholder confidence by providing strategic insights on labor market trends, competitive talent landscapes, and workforce risks.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment standards, governance practices, and compliant processes that support enterprise objectives.
  • Lead change initiatives that increase team agility, accelerate transformation efforts, and improve overall recruiting effectiveness.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

  • Apply strong organizational savvy and financial acumen to optimize recruiting resources, budgets, and investments while maintaining business agility.
