- Masters degree in computer science, Engineering or related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Proven project management knowledge and skills.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise roadmap and architecture for end-user computing technologies.
- Provide strategic oversight for endpoint management platforms, including Workspace ONE, Intune, and device lifecycle management.
- Lead the architecture and governance of mobile device management solutions, including shared and dedicated mobile devices.
- Define and oversee VDI architecture, capacity planning, modernization initiatives, and user experience standards.
- Establish enterprise print architecture standards for office, clinical, and specialty printing environments.
- Partner with Epic and clinical teams to ensure endpoint, mobile, and virtual workspace technologies support operational workflows.
- Create and maintain technology standards, reference architectures, and design principles across the organization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct architectural reviews, and provide technical leadership for major initiatives.
- Serve as the technical authority for vendor evaluations, solution design reviews, and strategic technology investments.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and support business objectives.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across the digital workspace ecosystem.
- Provide architectural governance and mentorship to engineering teams while ensuring consistency across implementations.
- Able to guide others in developing IT and cloud infrastructure.
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
