A primary key deliverable for this consultant will be advising on the end-to-end lifecycle of the
New York Conference Room Upgrade Project, providing technical oversight from architectural design review and vendor proposal evaluation to testing, commissioning, and final operational acceptance.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Technology Advisory & Standards- Provide technical leadership and guidance on enterprise network infrastructure and collaboration room technologies (specifically Microsoft Teams Rooms).
- Review and refine enterprise technology standards, architectural designs, and equipment recommendations to ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Advise internal technology leadership on infrastructure modernization, technical risk mitigation, and long-term lifecycle planning.
