Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and scale end-to-end applications that support AI-driven claims processing, automation, and business workflows. This role will focus on building modern, secure, and scalable front-end and back-end solutions that enable AI/ML-powered user experiences, workflow orchestration, and operational efficiency across multiple Lines of Business. The candidate will work closely with engineering, AI/ML, product, business, and platform teams to deliver robust full-stack solutions for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end solutions for Claims AI 10.0 initiatives across PCRB, E&I UNET,CSP, USP, and Disputes
Build responsive and scalable user interfaces, APIs, and workflow-driven applications that support AI/ML and automation use cases
Develop secure and maintainable services for data exchange, workflow orchestration, and business rule execution
Integrate front-end applications with APIs, back-end services, AI/ML services, and enterprise platforms
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Improve application performance, reliability, and user experience across the stack
Contribute to testing, deployment readiness, observability, and production support
Support CI/CD secure coding, and engineering best practices across the development lifecycle
Participate in continuous improvement of application architecture reusability and delivery efficiency
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer building modern web applications
Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and modern UI frameworks
Strong experience in back-end development using .NET/Python/Java Node.js or similar technologies
Experience building APIs, services, and workflow-driven applications
Understanding of cloud-native application patterns, integration design, and secure coding practices
Ability to work effectively across multiple Lines of Business
Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
