Job Summary
The Lead SFDC & nCino Developer will design, develop, configure, integrate, and support secure and scalable enterprise lending solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in nCino, Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning development, integrations, sharing and visibility, and Financial Services, with the ability to lead technical solutions end-to-end and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and other cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, develop, implement, and support solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System built on Salesforce.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Configure and customize nCino modules, including Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management.
• Configure Salesforce custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and security settings.
• Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where applicable.
• Design and implement Salesforce/nCino integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Perform data mapping, migration, transformation, and data quality activities across integrated systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and user interface enhancements to improve productivity and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, configuration workbooks, integration specifications, and release documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and nCino best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
• Support CI/CD deployment activities, release management, and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead proposed technical solutions and demonstrate end-to-end understanding of the application.
Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce and nCino development experience.
• Strong experience with nCino, Salesforce Configuration, Development & Customization, Lightning, and Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC and/or Aura Components.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce sharing, visibility, security, and access configuration.
• Experience with Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Salesforce development practices.
• Experience with nCino lending solutions and related business processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Ability to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and lead end-to-end implementation.
• Strong collaboration, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Banking, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services environments.
• Commercial Lending and Loan Origination domain expertise.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as AutoRabbit, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Experience with VS Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and cloud technologies.
