Position Summary- The Product Configuration & Data Analyst plays a dual role in managing product data integrity and supporting system configuration across the quote-to-cash ecosystem.
- This position is responsible for the data entry, administering and maintaining product definitions including pricing, business unit mapping, features, and release versions.
- The role also encompasses configuring system rules, workflows, and parameters within product and pricing applications, requiring close collaboration with IT teams managing the underlying platforms and business processes.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience- 5-8 years of experience in product operations, data management, or a related analyst role.
- Experience with product configuration, pricing, or master data management.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash (QTC) or order management processes is a plus.
Technical Skills- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Experience with ERP or product management systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Pimcore)
- Basic SQL or data querying skills & Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Strong attention to detail in managing product definitions, pricing, and pricelist publishing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams including sales, marketing, and fulfillment.

The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
