The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time LEAD MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST, NH-0343-03 to work at the Air Force Materiel Command, (AFMC) in the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) in the Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) with 309 AMXG at HILL AIR FORCE BASE located in LAYTON, UT. 2026 Salary Range: ($89,508-$138,370) / Yearly with locality

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Team Leader responsible to their supervisors or managers for assuring that the work of their assigned team is carried out by performing a range of planning, coordinating, coaching, facilitating, and related supportive duties and responsibilities. This position performs official team lead duties over subordinate employees with primarily journeyman level job experience by directing/overseeing projects, assignments, and performing work assignments and/or studies encompassing Public Affairs,
Protocol, labor relations, Group Strategy, and Management Analysis duties and responsibilities within OO-ALC.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Obtain & maintain Security clearance
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical (if applicable)
- The employee may be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours to include overtime, and/or days, swings, or owl shifts.
- The employee may be required to work during base exercises, contingencies or emergency situations.
- The employee may occasionally travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft IAW Joint Travel Regulations to other government installations, contractor facilities, or other commercial Locations for both training and mission accomplishment.

1. Knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support.
2. Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
3. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.
4. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options.
5. Knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.
6. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations.
