What youll need to thrive: • Extensive IT experience: 10+ years of progressive experience across corporate IT, enterprise technology, IT operations, workplace technology, or related disciplines. • High-growth SaaS expertise: Experience operating in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment and adapting systems and processes as organizational needs evolve. • Deep technical breadth: Strong expertise across identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS administration, asset lifecycle management, and IT service delivery. • Player-coach approach: The ability to balance hands-on technical execution with functional leadership, mentorship, prioritization, and long-term planning. • Proven program leadership: Demonstrated success leading complex IT initiatives from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and operationalization. • Scalable and automation-first mindset: Experience building standards, controls, documentation, metrics, integrations, self-service workflows, and AI-enabled capabilities. • Strong business judgment: The ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively across Security, People, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other business functions, supported by working knowledge of security, compliance, incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery. • Relevant background: A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
