Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular who can take on both hands-on development and technical leadership responsibilities. This individual will play a key role in driving projects forward, improving technical processes, and leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular

Lead and contribute to end-to-end system design and development, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code

Drive technical projects forward, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities stay aligned

Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into optimal technical solutions

Identify and implement process improvements across the SDLC, from development through deployment

Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve coding efficiency, automation, and development workflows

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding best practices and coding standards

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and other engineering teams

Leadership Expectations

Act as a technical lead on projects, ensuring work is properly scoped, assigned, and tracked

Coordinate team efforts to keep initiatives on schedule and align with goals

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth

Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies-and drive resolution

Promote accountability and continuous improvement within the team

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in full-stack development

Strong hands-on experience with:

Java

Spring Boot

Angular

Proven experience leading projects or guiding engineering teams

Experience analyzing business workflows and translating them into technical solutions

Comfort working across the full development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code generation, automation, optimization tools)

Strong understanding of system design and architecture

Experience improving or optimizing engineering processes and workflows Excellent communication and collaboration skills
