Key Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various labor and employment issues
- Handle disputes, negotiations, and settlements related to employment law
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents
- Stay up to date on relevant labor laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the jurisdiction
- Minimum of X years of experience in labor and employment law
- Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
