As a Junior AI/ML Engineer, you will assist with:
- Prototype and deliver generative AI and ML features that speed up engineering workflows and further development of our digital platform. This role emphasizes "vibe coding": rapid, AI-assisted iteration (copilots/code chat) with disciplined habits-small pull requests, quick feedback, and tests that keep prototypes safe as they mature.
- Rapid prototyping ("vibe coding"): Build applications with AI-assisted coding tools, notebooks, and lightweight services; iterate in short cycles with frequent demos and feedback.
- LLM features: Implement and test use cases like search, summarization, and Q&A over documents/logs with guidance from senior team members.
- Integration: Package models into APIs/pipelines, work in a small-PR workflow, add unit/integration tests, and support deployment.

- 1-2 years of experience (internships, co-ops, research, or early-career roles) building software, data pipelines, or ML prototypes.
- Python proficiency with common data tools (Pandas/NumPy) and baseline software engineering practices (testing, readability).
- ML fundamentals and strong interest in generative AI/LLMs (evaluation, failure modes, responsible use).
- Exposure to PyTorch/TensorFlow or modern LLM tooling (Transformers, RAG/vector search libraries).
- Comfortable using Git and collaborating via pull requests.
Preferred Skills: - AI-assisted prototyping ("vibe coding"): fast iteration with copilots/code chat, backed by tests, reviews, and lightweight evaluation.
