Job Summary
The Java Developer will design, develop, test, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. The role requires experience with SQL databases, AWS cloud services, REST APIs, and distributed systems to build scalable, high-performance applications. The developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver reliable solutions while contributing to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java-based applications.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data access layers.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining application reliability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and development best practices.
• Support CI/CD implementations and contribute to DevOps initiatives.
• Develop scalable and high-performance solutions using distributed systems and cloud-native technologies.

Required Qualifications
• 6-8+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, application integration, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git and Maven or Gradle.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of messaging frameworks such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with security best practices for cloud and microservices environments.
