Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle administration of G&A related SaaS tools, including OneLogin (SSO/IAM), Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack.
- Identify, build, and maintain cross-platform integrations and automations using n8n and AI tools where appropriate.
- Manage user lifecycles, permissions, and security groups to ensure continuous compliance with SOC/ISO audit requirements.
- Oversee the Apple hardware fleet using Iru (formerly Kandji) for comprehensive device management, patching, and compliance.
- Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or Atlassian Rovo to improve internal integrations and documentation efficiency.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and system integration diagrams.
- Act as the Tier 2 escalation point for the Service Desk, resolving complex macOS hardware and software-specific issues.
- Manage and maintain the Jira ticketing system, focusing on refining workflows and enhancing reporting capabilities.
- Identify and propose scalability initiatives to streamline time-consuming business procedures and reduce organizational "drag."
- Provide "white-glove" support for internal stakeholders to ensure a frictionless experience in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $76,000-$89,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
