Job Description:

We're looking for a(n) IT Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of global office buildouts, renovations, and technology infrastructure projects that shape the employee workplace experience across international locations. In this highly visible role, you'll partner with IT, Workplace Services, Real Estate teams, and external vendors to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll have the opportunity to influence workplace strategy on a global scale, manage diverse stakeholders, and contribute to creating innovative, compliant, and scalable work environments that support business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy leading impactful projects with worldwide reach, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do:

Program & Project Delivery
  • Lead all aspects of medium-to-large-scale global office projects, including new builds, relocations, and renovations
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans covering IT infrastructure, AV, network, and workplace technology deployment
  • Ensure alignment to global standards, architecture, and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models)
  • Drive project execution from initiation through handoff to operations/support teams

Stakeholder & Governance Management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Workplace Services, Facilities, Real Estate, Finance, and business leadership
  • Facilitate governance forums (e.g., SteerCo), providing clear status, risks, and decision points to senior leadership
  • Manage business expectations related to scope, timeline, cost, and delivery outcomes

Vendor & Financial Management
  • Lead vendor engagement, including SOW development, negotiation, and execution oversight
  • Hold vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and contractual commitments
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking across global projects

Risk, Compliance & Quality
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and critical path activities across multiple regions
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX where applicable)
  • Drive consistent delivery frameworks, documentation, and reporting practices

Leadership & Delivery Excellence
  • Lead cross-functional, often matrixed project teams across geographies
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellence

About You:
  • 8+ years of project management experience delivering complex IT or infrastructure initiatives
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects and programs end-to-end
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and global delivery teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk
