Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance or banking IT with a blend of business analysis, development, and project management experience.
• Background in Agile methodologies or PMP, with a preference for experience in Operations or Regulatory IT projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile Scrum practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, ensuring alignment with the global program plan and proactive risk management.
• Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle, making necessary adjustments as the project evolves.
• Ensure all IT documentation is current and properly archived to adhere to governance, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate IT testing and deployment activities involving business analysts and developers, managing post-release bug resolution until closure.
• Communicate project status consistently to Operations, Compliance, and global Project Management stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery readiness at each phase gate, from development through to production support handover.
