Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience in a financial services environment
• Experience implementing end-user AI tools in complex settings, particularly in financial services
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage project timelines and resources
• Skill in preparing reports and presentations for senior management
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• At least one project management qualification (PRINCE 2, PMP/PMI, Scrum Master)
• Experience engaging with Microsoft as a vendor is advantageous
• Microsoft certifications like Copilot are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale global projects focusing on end-user implementation and platform changes
• Assist in strategy, planning, and deployment for the Workplace AI Program
• Manage project schedules and maintain deployment timelines
• Identify and manage project and program risks to mitigate potential issues
• Regularly report project status to senior management and support program-level reporting
• Collaborate with the User Education team for effective project communication and training support
