Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) desired.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or technical program management, ideally in a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with radar, sensors, and aerospace/defense industries is a plus.
• Experience working with government or defense customers is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for customer delivery projects, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and delivery of technical engagements.
• Serve as the customer's point of contact for project progress and issues.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure commitments are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans and status documentation.
• Track project milestones and proactively address risks to keep on schedule.
• Support pre-sales activities by advising on delivery timelines and customer requirements.
