Full Job Description
Echodyne is seeking a Project Manager to join our Solutions Engineering team. This client-facing role will coordinate all aspects of customer engagements, from strategic demonstrations, implementations and integrations through ongoing technical support. Partnering closely with Solutions Engineers, this individual will ensure successful pre- and post-sales delivery of Echodyne solutions while keeping customer satisfaction, timelines, and quality outcomes at the forefront.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as the primary coordinator for prospect and customer delivery projects, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and delivery of implementations, integrations, and other technical engagements.
  • Serve as the customer's point of contact for project progress, issues, and escalations.
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure commitments are understood, scoped, and met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Support pre-sales activities by advising on delivery timelines, resource needs, and customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, technical program management, or services delivery, ideally in a technology or engineering environment.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with radar, sensors, aerospace/defense, or related technology industries is a plus.
  • Experience working with government or defense customers is strongly preferred.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification is desirable but not required.
  • Moderate travel may be required.

$104,030-$155,839 USD
