What You'll Do - Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, owning scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Execution Excellence: Drive project success through effective risk management, planning, governance, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with operations, business leaders, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate external partners and vendors, ensuring quality delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Portfolio Optimization: Support project prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.
What You Offer - Proven Delivery: 5+ years of experience successfully leading IT, infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology projects.
- Execution Focus: Strong ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
- Communication Skills: Confident presenting to executives, facilitating decisions, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors and partners.
- Technical Foundation: PMP preferred; Agile, ITIL, SAFe, manufacturing, or industrial environment experience considered an asset.
