Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must Haves (i.e. Basic Qualifications):- 5+ years' experience in a Service Delivery Operations role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders both within Client and in PSP teams including Senior Management
- Experience of working in a heavily IT reliant manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of successful delivery with Incident and Problem ownership
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Flexibility reflective of a 24/7 production environment
- Excellent English language skills
Preferred SkillsNice to Haves (i.e. Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Excellent local language skills where English is not the language
- General knowledge of IT service delivery for applications, global hosting, end user computing and networking
- Demonstrated experience in addressing and solving IT and business issues with suppliers and clients
