Qualifications

Education & Experience:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT leadership with a track record of supporting diverse business functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, or Marketing).
  • Demonstrated experience in Portfolio Management or IT Business Partnering within a multi-departmental environment.

Communication Skills:

  • Proven expertise in presenting strategic roadmaps and business cases to executive leadership.

Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Broad understanding of modern IT ecosystems, including cloud infrastructure, SaaS integrations, and data analytics.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing departmental budgets and ROI analysis for IT projects.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate organizational complexity.

Leadership Attributes

Performance Measurements
  • Strategic Delivery: Success in delivering cross-departmental IT projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measured by feedback from business unit leaders regarding IT's responsiveness and strategic value.
  • Team Performance: Evaluated based on the engagement, retention, and skill development of the IT team.
  • Organizational Agility: Assessed by the efficiency of the IT intake-to-delivery pipeline.
