Our GTA based Municipal Government client requires the services of an Intermediate Project Manager to manage Digital Experience projects.
ROLE:
Our Client is looking for a Project Manager to manage multiple projects impacting both the current website and the development of future initiatives meant to improve the customer's digital experience.
Some examples of current projects include:
• gathering requirements and writing RFPs as part of modernizing processes and infrastructure
• converting requirements into tasks to deliver on required infrastructure changes
MUST HAVE:
Post-secondary education in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science/Engineering.
• More than five (5) years of related experience.
• Thorough experience planning, documenting and leading interactive projects (Web, Mobile App, Web App, SEO).
• Comprehensive understanding of the web technologies, protocols and systems (i.e. HTTP, REST, APIs, CMSs, Mobile Web etc.).
Experience maintaining standards and Service Level Agreements including incident response tools (such as Footprints, JIRA Service Desk, Service Now)
• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team using Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Web applications technology stack.
